I love it but..

Ok I love this game soooo much but I have some issues with it

1. Sometimes when I play this game the music doesnt seem to work

2.this is one of the VERY MANY times I have downloaded this game but it was weird bc I had the full version and one day I got on my phone and it was GONE I was really disappointed ? bc I had passed stereo madness, back on track, polargeist, base after base and dry out also I had 76% on cant let go so all of my progress deleted and I reinstalled it and it was still gone after that I was so depressed it had taken about 3 years to get all that progress in from the start.
